The platform
One screen. Every cooler. Every shift.
Sensitii is the software half of the system — the live dashboard, the alerting, the HACCP record, and the user management. It is where the readings from your Tags become a decision somebody can act on at 9:36 PM.

What it does
Built by someone who has watched a walk-in fail.
Every screen exists because an operator needed it, not because a competitor had it. There is no feature here you have to be trained to use.
Live monitoring
Every unit, on one screen, always current
Walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, prep rails, hot holds, and dry storage in a single view per location. Readings stream in continuously — you are not refreshing a report, you are watching the kitchen.
- Status is always icon, colour, and label — never colour alone
- Units approaching a threshold surface as watch before they breach
- Multi-location operators switch sites without switching accounts
History & trends
Enough past to see a failure coming
Every reading is retained and rolled up, so a cooler whose duty cycle has been creeping for three weeks looks obviously different from one that is fine. That is the difference between a scheduled maintenance call and a 2 AM emergency.
- Per-unit charts over hours, days, and months
- Excursion history with duration and peak reading
- Device health: battery level, last-seen, gateway connectivity
People & permissions
Unlimited users, scoped to what they own
Add your GM, your kitchen manager, your partner, and your refrigeration tech. Define your own job titles with their own permissions, and give each person access only to the locations they are responsible for.
- Unlimited users on every plan — we never charge per seat
- Custom roles with per-permission control
- Per-user alert routing across SMS and email
Records & audits
A compliance record that writes itself
HACCP temperature logs are generated continuously from real readings. Corrective actions attach to the event that caused them, managers sign off, and the whole thing exports as a clean date range.
- Automatic HACCP temperature logs, every unit, every interval
- Corrective actions linked to the excursion that triggered them
- Manager review with a full audit trail
Alerting
Everyone who needs to know. On the channel they actually read.
Alerts are not a single phone number buried in a settings page. Every user on your account gets their own routing — SMS, email, or both — scoped to the locations they are responsible for.
SMS and email, per user
Add your GM, your kitchen manager, your refrigeration tech, your partner. Each one picks their channels. Unlimited users on every plan — we never charge per seat.
Escalation, not spam
One alert per event, held open until the unit recovers. A cooler that bounces in and out of range does not send forty texts.
Early warning before breach
Units approaching a threshold are flagged as watch before they cross it — so you get a heads-up, not just an autopsy.
Recovery confirmation
When the box comes back into range, everyone who got the alert gets the all-clear with the duration of the excursion.

HACCP & audits
The clipboard never sees another shift.
Temperature logs stop being something a line cook fills in from memory at the end of the night. They become a continuous, timestamped record that nobody has to remember.
Included in every plan
- Automatic HACCP temperature logs — every unit, every interval, every day
- Corrective actions recorded against the event that caused them
- Manager review sign-off with a full audit trail
- Export a date range as a PDF or CSV for the inspector or your insurer
- History retained continuously — not just the days someone remembered to write down
Security architecture
Multi-tenant isolation enforced in Postgres.
Most SaaS filters by customer in application code and hopes every query remembers. Sensitii pushes that guarantee down into the database, where forgetting is not possible.
The database is the trust boundary
Authorization is enforced by Postgres row-level security, not by application code. Every query is scoped to your tenant by the database itself, so cross-tenant access is not something a front-end bug can produce.
Identity carried in the session, checked at the data layer
Your tenant and role travel with your session, and destructive actions re-check them server-side rather than trusting anything the browser says.
Devices authenticate with rotatable keys
Sensor and gateway keys are stored as hashes and can be rotated without a site visit.
Privileged actions are audited
Threshold edits, user invitations, role changes, and review sign-offs all write to an audit trail.

We will log you into a live account.
No slide deck. On the demo we put a sensor in your walk-in, add you as a user, and let you trigger a real alert to your own phone. You will know within thirty minutes whether this is worth paying for.
