Service
Sensitii provides wireless temperature monitoring, alerting, and compliance reporting for commercial food service operations. Specific scope, sensor counts, and pricing are defined in your service quote and invoice.
Billing
Services are billed monthly per location with included sensors and per-additional-sensor fees, or annually with one month free, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hardware is included with no upfront buy-in. Recurring charges are invoiced directly. Cancellation terms are stated on your invoice.
Customer responsibilities
Customers provide reasonable access for installation and maintenance, maintain power/network connectivity for gateways where applicable, and designate alert recipients.
Limitation of liability
Monitoring reduces risk but does not eliminate it. Sensitii is not liable for spoilage, closures, fines, or consequential damages beyond fees paid in the prior month, to the extent permitted by law. This draft must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
