Most single-location restaurants land between four and eight — the walk-ins, the freezer, the line rails, and the hot hold. We will tell you which units are worth monitoring and which are not.
Because charging per seat punishes you for putting the alert in front of the person who can actually fix the cooler. Every plan includes unlimited users, each with their own SMS and email routing.
No. The gateway and sensors are included in your subscription. There is no capital purchase and no equipment to depreciate.
We replace it. Device health, including battery level, is monitored on our side, so in most cases we contact you before you notice anything.
Yes — volume pricing is available from five locations. Annual billing gets one month free on any plan.
Refrigeration repair. We tell you the box is failing; your HVAC/R contractor fixes it. If you do not have one, we will point you at people we trust in Dallas–Fort Worth.
